It can be difficult to tell from a resume if a candidate has a track record of working efficiently and effectively, while demonstrating a high level of interpersonal skills. Employers can seek new staff from our Psych-Ed © program. Psychology students make ideal employees, especially after demonstrating their skills in a fast paced psychology clinic. In order to continue placement in our program, our Psych-Ed © students must have the highest level of data entry skills, understand confidentiality in practice, have capacity to manage distressed clients face to face and over the phone and a high level of multi-tasking skills. At completion of Stage 1 of our program employers can be assured that staff are independent, confident and able to work under pressure.
There are several ways to acquire Psych-Ed © staff for your business. You may organise a Personal Assistant or Casual staff member for a day, week, month when you realise you need more staff. We can provide staff at short notice to work in psychiatry clinics, community centres or allied health reception. If you are after a more permanent staff member our Director can provide advice on which of our program graduates have excelled and would be suitable for your workplace. Rather than looking through hundreds of resumes and going through the expensive and tedious process of short listing candidates, we can provide you our best candidates who we know are available for work opportunities.
